SMS programs and your choices

VJG Apex Global Inc. d/b/a Apex Capital Partners offers separate application and marketing text-message programs. Providing a phone number, applying for financing, or visiting this page does not by itself enroll you in either program.

Application texts

With your separate consent, application texts concern your funding application and account, such as application confirmations, document requests, and call scheduling. Message frequency varies.

Offers and funding updates

With your separate marketing consent, marketing texts may include financing offers, new or renewal funding programs, follow-ups, referral requests, and occasional greetings. Up to 4 marketing messages per month.

Where you choose

Our application and returning-applicant form contain two separate, optional SMS checkboxes, both unchecked by default. The required certification covers phone and email contact, not SMS enrollment. You may select either SMS program, both, or neither. Neither checkbox is required to submit or obtain funding.

The marketing checkbox states:

Send me offers, funding updates and occasional greetings by text from Apex Capital Partners. Up to 4 msgs/month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not required to submit this application or to obtain funding. We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Existing customers may also opt in by replying YES to an email that includes the full marketing-text consent. A YES to an unrelated email, or to older wording that covers only application texts, is not marketing consent. The applicable wording, time, and number are recorded with that consent.

Rates, opt-out, and help

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or HELP for assistance. You may also contact (239) 880-1484 or info@apexcappartners.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
