The better buy price pays for the capital.
Boutiques, Shopify and Amazon sellers, multi-channel retailers, wholesalers, importers. Inventory, seasonal builds, a second store.
How the money
actually moves.
In retail and wholesale, the bulk order widens the margin, and that widening is the whole argument. When the supplier's price at volume is better than the price you are paying now, the difference is what pays for the capital. We run that against your actual supplier pricing, not in the abstract.
Import adds the container cycle: pay the supplier now, sell through over the following months. That is a bridge with a natural early payoff built into it. A holiday build is the same shape on a calendar.
Three things it is
usually for.
Holiday inventory
Supplier wants a deposit in August for stock that sells in November. Fund the deposit, remit against the season, finish early in January.
Container cycle
Pay the factory now, sell through over ninety days, retire the advance as the goods move.
Second location
Build-out for the second store while the first one carries the remit.
What your underwriter
reads first.
Specific to retail files. The general read, six things every file gets, is on the how it works page.
- 01Shopify, Amazon, Stripe and POS payouts all read as revenue; we can reconcile payout reports against the statements.
- 02Channel diversification lowers concentration risk and often improves the read.
- 03We separate inventory purchases from operating losses. Capital for growth is a different conversation from capital to cover a hole.
What a workable
retail file looks like.
These are shapes, not gates. The funder sets the floor, and we place the file where it fits or tell you plainly if it does not.
- 6+ months in operation
- Revenue through a business bank account or platform payouts
- Any credit profile
Asked by
retail owners.
Yes. Seller payout history reads alongside your bank statements.
No. Inventory, marketing, payroll, lease, whatever the business needs.
It helps. A known sell-through cycle is a known payoff date, and the early-payoff schedule shows exactly what you save by clearing it then.
