Apply once.
Nobody else calls.

Working capital from a firm that never shops your file. Four bank statements, one named underwriter, real numbers in writing. Then a phone that stays quiet.

01
Four statements, five minutes

Soft credit pull only. No fee to look.

02
One named underwriter

Reads your file. The only person who calls.

03
Real numbers in writing

Amount, exact payment, total payback, early-payoff schedule. Usually the same business day.

01/Why owners dread applying

Apply anywhere else, and
the calls never stop.

You fill out one form. By the next morning your number is on a lead list and a dozen “funding specialists” you have never heard of are calling, texting and re-pulling your credit. It goes on for months. Once that box is open, you cannot close it.

Why this is priority one at Apex.

The biggest reason a good business never applies for capital is not the cost. It is the fear of what happens to the phone afterward. So we built the firm around a quiet phone: one underwriter who reads the file, no broker stack to sell it into, and one funder at a time if a partner is the right fit. We treat the silence as part of the product, not a courtesy.

Read the full commitment
Your file is never sold or shopped

We do not blast applications to a broker stack, and we never sell contact data to lead-list companies. Not for declined files either.

One underwriter, one number

A named underwriter owns your file from statements to wire. They are the only person who will ever call you about it, and their direct line is on every email.

If a partner funder is the right fit, it is one

Some files fund on our own capital. Some fit a partner funder better. Either way your file goes to one underwriting desk, not twenty, and you know before it goes.

You set the contact rules

Prefer email? Only mornings? Say so on the application and it is honored. No nightly dialer, no follow-up sequence, and one STOP covers every channel.

02/How it works

Four statements.
Then real numbers.

The goal of the first conversation is not to close a deal. It is to get four months of bank statements in front of one underwriter. Everything honest follows from that.

  1. 01Five minutes
    Send four statements

Your last four complete months of business bank statements, plus the current month to date. PDFs from your bank portal are fine. Soft credit pull only.

  2. 02Same business day, usually
    One underwriter reads the file

A named underwriter at Apex reads real revenue, the trend across every month, daily load and deposit rhythm. Nobody else sees it. Nobody else calls.

  3. 03In your inbox
    Real numbers in writing

Funded amount, the exact payment, total payback and an early-payoff schedule that shows the cost dropping if you finish ahead of term. No obligation, no cost to look.

  4. 04Days, not weeks
    Sign and fund

If the numbers make sense for what you told us the capital is for, sign electronically. Once verification is complete your underwriter schedules the wire and confirms the date in writing. If the numbers do not make sense, we tell you that too.

03/Straight answers

What is the rate?
Honest answer: nobody knows yet.

Anyone quoting you a rate before seeing statements is guessing. What we can tell you now is how to read any offer, ours or anyone else's, so you are never comparing a multiplier to a percentage again.

Read any offer in dollars
01
Dollars in

The funded amount that actually lands in your account, after any disclosed closing costs.

02
Dollars out

The total payback. Advance times factor. A fixed number set on day one that never grows and never compounds.

03
Time in between

The term. It sets the size of each payment, not the cost. The same payback over more payments is a smaller hit at the same total.

Already have an offer from someone else? Send it before you sign. We will put those three numbers next to ours in writing, or tell you to take theirs. Either way you win, and either way you are only talking to one person.

04/Programs

Six structures.
One application.

Apply once. Your underwriter matches the structure to your deposit rhythm, what the capital is for and what you already carry. The best product you qualify for, every time.

Repaid as a share of what comes in. Slow week, smaller remit.

PaysDaily or weekly, sized to your deposit pattern.

Same idea, with a set payment you can plan around.

PaysFixed daily or weekly ACH.

Several positions into one payment you can actually carry.

PaysOne remit replaces several.

Once you have paid down, the next round is priced on your track record.

PaysRetires the old balance, funds the new amount.

Trucks, machines, kitchens, devices. The asset carries the deal.

PaysMonthly, over the useful life of the asset.

Draw what you need, when you need it.

PaysOn what you draw, on the partner's schedule.
06/Renewals

This deal is how
you earn the next one.

A first advance is priced by a stranger on an unproven file. A renewal is priced on what you have demonstrated. Clean payment history earns longer terms and better pricing than the score alone would give, and we call you when the window opens, not the other way around. Holding a merchant at high pricing on a file that has earned better is how you lose the renewal and the referrals with it. We build a book, not one-off deals.

07/What we never do

The short list
that matters most.

Most of what goes wrong for an owner shopping for capital is not a breach. It is a submission that quietly becomes a lead sold to a dozen brokers. These are commitments, not settings.

  • 01No fee to apply, and no fee to see your terms
  • 02No hard credit pull to get an offer
  • 03No selling, renting or sharing your application with lead brokers
  • 04No automated message that quotes you a rate, an amount or a term
  • 05No contact after you ask us to stop
  • 06No second position on a business that cannot carry it
08/Common questions

Asked before
anyone applies.

All questions

No. That is the reason most owners dread applying for business capital, and it is the first thing we built Apex to fix. Your application is never sold, shared with brokers or added to a lead list. It is read by one named underwriter at our firm, and they are the only person who contacts you about it. If you would rather be reached by email, say so and it is honored.

Ready when you are

Hear from one person.

Five minutes to send. Soft pull only. No obligation. Real numbers in writing, usually the same business day, and nobody else ever gets your number.
