This deal is how you earn the next one

Payment history is the currency of this business. What changes at renewal, when the window opens, and how early payoff fits in.

A first advance is priced by a stranger on an unproven file. A renewal is priced on what you have demonstrated. With no history, credit largely dictates the term. With clean history on a prior advance, a merchant earns longer terms and better pricing than the score alone would give.

When the window opens

Most funders will look at a renewal once a meaningful share of the current advance is paid down. A renewal pays off the remaining balance and funds the difference. It is not a second position on top of the first. If the daily load is already heavy, the same rule applies: we do not renew a business into a choke.

We call you

We track your paydown and get in touch when the window is coming, and ask for fresh statements then, so the file is underwritten and ready the day it crosses the line rather than a week after. You do not have to remember. That is what having one underwriter who knows the file is for.

Early payoff and renewals together

Many agreements carry an early-payoff discount that steps down at set points after funding. A renewal timed to close inside one of those windows pays off the old balance at the discount, so more of the new advance reaches you. Your underwriter times it with you.

Best product you qualify for, every time. Holding a merchant at high pricing on a file that has earned better is how you lose the renewal and the referrals with it. We build a book, not one-off deals.
