The commitment

One application.
One underwriter.
Nobody else calls.

Applying for business capital has a reputation, and it is earned. Most of the industry runs on lead generation: your application is the product, and it gets sold. We built Apex so that the moment you send statements, the only thing that happens next is one person reading them.

01/Where an application goes

Two paths for
the same form.

Above the line is what a marketplace or a typical broker does with your information. Below it is what we do. The difference is not a policy. It is the shape of the company.

At Apex it goes to one underwriter.ELSEWHERE ↑ · APEX ↓YOUR APPLICATIONCOPIED · SOLD · RE-SOLD14 DESKS. ALL OF THEM CALLING. FOR MONTHS.ONE NAMED UNDERWRITERReads the file. 02/The first ninety days

Hour by hour,
after you apply.

A composite of what owners tell us happened the last time they applied somewhere else, next to what happens here.

Hour 0
You send four statements to Apex.
Hour 1
Your file is assigned to one named underwriter. You get their name and direct line by email.
Hour 4
Your underwriter reads real revenue, trend, daily load and deposit rhythm.
Same day
Real numbers in writing, usually before close of business. One soft pull, nothing else.
Day 2
One call, from the person who wrote the offer, to walk you through it. Or an email, if that is what you asked for.
Week 2
Funded, or told plainly why not. Either way, the phone is quiet.
Month 3
Your underwriter checks in once as the renewal window nears. Nobody else has your number.
03/Six commitments

What we do
with your file.

Some deals fund on our own capital. Some fit a partner funder better. On those we act as your broker, and the word matters: a broker who shops your file to twenty desks is a lead generator. One who reads it and places it with one desk, with your say-so, is working for you.

01
Your file is never sold or shopped

We do not blast applications to a broker stack, and we never sell contact data to lead-list companies. Not for declined files either.

02
One underwriter, one number

A named underwriter owns your file from statements to wire. They are the only person who will ever call you about it, and their direct line is on every email.

03
If a partner funder is the right fit, it is one

Some files fund on our own capital. Some fit a partner funder better. Either way your file goes to one underwriting desk, not twenty, and you know before it goes.

04
You set the contact rules

Prefer email? Only mornings? Say so on the application and it is honored. No nightly dialer, no follow-up sequence, and one STOP covers every channel.

05
We tell you no when no is the answer

If another position would choke the business, we say so and we walk. There will be another deal. There will not be another reputation.

The left column describes common practice in online business-funding lead generation, not any specific company. Every entry in the right column is backed by how our systems are built; see security and your file.

If you have ever been burned
by applying, this is for you.

Send four statements. One person reads them. One person calls, once, with numbers in writing. If you would rather not be called at all, say so on the form.
