Send it to one desk
that reads it.

If you place deals for merchants, you know what a blast-to-twenty submission does to your relationship. We are the other kind of desk: one underwriter, one written offer, paid at funding, and a merchant who never hears from anyone but you and us.

01/Why partners send here

Six reasons a file
is safer with us.

01

Your merchant is never re-marketed

A file you send us is read by one underwriter and placed once. It is never added to a list, never re-solicited, and never shopped around you. Your relationship stays yours.

02

Named underwriter, direct line

You talk to the person reading the file, not a queue. Questions get answered by whoever can actually answer them.

03

Clean written offers

Funded amount, exact payment, total payback, closing costs and the early-payoff schedule, on paper, every time. Nothing to translate for the merchant.

04

Paid at funding, by ACH

Commissions are paid by ACH once the deal funds. Renewals pay again, which is why deals get sized to what the merchant can carry.

05

Honest declines, fast

A file that should not fund gets told so quickly and plainly, with the reason. You do not lose a week to a maybe.

06

Consent-clean from day one

We do not cold-text merchants, ever. Every contact rides a documented basis, so a file you send us never becomes your compliance problem.

02/Commissions

Set per file,
in writing, before you send.

Commission depends on the file, its pricing and its risk tier, and it is agreed in writing before a submission, never after. Renewals pay again. Ask for the current schedule when you onboard; we do not publish numbers here because a number on a website is a promise nobody has underwritten.

Commissions are paid by ACH once the deal funds. Actual payouts depend on file pricing and risk profile.

Onboarding takes
one email.
